Academy OSR’s “The Path to Self-Reliance” is mentioned in video and text updates as a stellar resource, created to help lessen the learning curve and make more likely a “successful” transition to living at Utah OSR.
If I were to purchase the lifetime access to “The Path”, go through the interview process, and receive the green light to buy property, might the price of the course be deduced from the price I pay for the lot?
I think this could be a win-win.

“The Path” program is a creation of the educational non-profit Academy of Self-Reliance, which is a separate entity from the Utah OSR Land Cooperative. So, no, if you pay for the lifetime access, you don’t get a deduction on the price of a share in the co-op.
