Lead Time, Plan on 2+ weeks to months.

Delivery Charges -OSR tries to receive 2 tanks on one shipment depending on septic tank weights.  Transport Costs (last known prices): $1,000 for two tanks (1 load).   $875 to $1,000 for a single tank.

Duracrete Septic Tank is in 1 piece, ready to drop in hole; no OSR crane is needed

Duracrete Process:
1) Trish places the OSR order to carpool tanks
2) Duracrete sends a quote cost with an order number to Trish & the Shareholder
3) Shareholder calls Duracrete, gives the Quote Order number, and your credit card number.
4) Shareholder notifies Trish that the Duracrete has received your credit card number.
5) Trish schedules the delivery date with Duracrete.
6) Delivery Day: If you are doing your own excavation, you are responsible to meet the driver the morning of delivery to help set the tank.Shareholder’s who are have hired an excavator, can have the excavator meet the driver. Sometimes weather can delay transport.
 7) Receipts: Duracrete runs your credit card the morning of delivery and the driver brings your receipt.
On the day of delivery, the OSR Shareholder or their representative should be on their lot to insure the septic tank is installed correctly.

Shareholders are welcome to upsize their septic tank

Pipe /fittings /glue /straw bales for pipe barrier, extension risers for tank or clean outs from a pipe supplier or excavator

Septic Tank Coordination, web docs. Trish $50 (Venmo). OSR referral $25 to Darius

Later– Septic Maintenance Equipment. Tanks need to be monitored and occasionally pumped. Sometimes due to problems, drain /leach fields have to be relocated.
