The tour was very informative and eye opening.  It was great to meet some of the share-holders and hear of their plans for their land. There were many things that impressed me.  First among these would be the planning, preparation and foresight of seeing this barren piece of land and envisioning...

You usually don’t get to pick your neighbors, but the co-op attracts people that are hard-working, want to be independent, and love freedom.  That’s super rare. I also love the smart building practices that make efficient use of resources.
