I am a 60 year old engineer, graduate from BYU.
Grew up on a farm in Idaho.
Just fiinished developing and selling a small real estate development near salt lake and now are looking for small acreage to become self sufficient.
We are debt free.
This interests me.

Going into the second year, can I get an update on homes built, families moving in etc at the Utah location?
